In 2009, Durham Appliance Thrift Repairs started out as Durham Appliance Thrift & Repair LLC, a store specializing in refurbished appliances and professional repairs. Our store fit a unique niche where you could actually visit a clean, organized and professionally ran used appliance store with appliances thoroughly tested and repaired. Although our store began in 2009, we have over 30 years of combined repair experience although this does not include our first repair when one of us changed the light bulb on his sister's Easy Bake Oven.in 1972;
